The Sportster will take you where you want to go. It's the perfect
recreational vehicle. It's even available in a two passenger model. Its
adjustable handlebars can be rotated so that either rider can steer without
straining or disturbing their companion.
The Sportster is simple to operate. Just squeeze the hand accelerator.
The precision variable speed controller accelerates smoothly, without shifting.
The Sportster features a "fuel gauge" that give you battery charge information
at a glance. With sufficient range for resorts, parks and even the zoo, the
Sportster the ultimate vehicle for those who need mobility assistance or
for those without a driver's license.
When it's time to take your Sportster on the road, it's small enough
ot fit in the back of a minivan. Using aluminum ramps, simply power up and
drive the Sportster right into your vehicle.
Remember, though suited to rugged outdoor environments, the Sportster fits
through a 36" doorway easily and maneuvers through extremely tight spaces
making it the perect solution for all moblity requiremtns. You'll ride your
Sportster with confidence because it's built to last with a durable steel
frame and 2.5 horsepower turbo-cooled motor.
High Performance.
The Sportster resembles a sporty 3-wheel motorcycle featuring a top
speed of 7.5 mph and range of 18-21 miles. Range can be increased with an
upgrade to 80 AH batteries. A 9.3 mph unit is also available. Its design
and compact dimensions make the Sportster the most maneuverable of any electric
vehicle in its class; it can literally turn on a dime!
The Sportster offers several seating options including an adjustable
swivel seat, 26" wide and 32" wide bench seats that enable passenges to ride
along or provide comfort for larger drivers.
Heavy-duty.
The Sportster is ideal for commercial applications. It's maneuverable
enough to be used as a security vehicle in malls, airports and office complexes;
has sufficient range to be used as a rental vehicle at resorts, parks and
zoos. Is so durable that it is used a safety and supervisory vehicle at
construction sites, and is powerful enough to pull a small trailer, for getting
around large manufacturing and warehouse facilities.
The Sportster features a 2.5 horsepower turbo-cooled motor that safely
climbs steep grades and overcomes obstacles. It can even handle a 5" curb.
The mag-style wheels will take a pounding and the stainless steel fenders
will far out-last the plastic on look-a-likes. The Sportster features a Curtis
PMC 1225 - 125 Amp controller and can safely carry approximately 450
pounds.
