I'd like to take this opportunity to offer my sincere thanks in your expertise
on advising me how to shop for adjustable beds. The 585 EL with High Profile
Latex mattress is absolutely everything you promised it to be. Like many
consumers considering such a major purchase I shopped around like you suggested.
I found the retail giants.....no names here ....legal reasons...to offer
gimmick options such as "wall hugger" feature. Clearly the way the Electropedic
585 is manufactured there is not substantial pulling away from the wall to
warrant other sales representatives to say "your night-stand won't be close
to you with the Electropedic when you raise you head." This is not the case.
My night-stand stays within reach in the full head up position. I found in
the "giant" retail stores the motors on their bed to be noisier than that
of the 585 I purchased from you. I can say the same for the vibration units
as well. Electropedics motors and vibrators seem much more insulated than
those of the models I tried out in the retail situation. The movement of
both the head and foot adjustments are quiet, smooth and infinite in positioning.
On to the health benefits. As I told you I had discectomy surgery on L5S1
in May of '05 and had truly not had a decent nights sleep on my standard
mattress due to discomfort in my lower back. Since sleeping on the Electropedic
with my head raised a little and my legs elevated just a tad more I have
had a reduction in morning back pain by well over 85-90 percent in my case!
No more tossing and turning trying to find a comfortable place. I, like so
many others, suffer from acid reflux and once again since sleeping on the
Electropedic with my head raised a tad this has been toned down quite a bit.
I'd like to make comment on the Talalay latex foam mattress option I chose.
I am so thankful I went with the extra few bucks to do so. What a fantastic
mattress! Breathable, bendable, comfortable. Gosh sounds like I'm being paid
for this doesn't it?

who feels they made the correct choice by choosing this model bed. Thanks
