Use/Limited Application (LULA) elevators. The innovative cable hydraulic
drive system delivers reliable, quiet, and smooth operation while serving

The CONCORD HORIZON is a fully enclosed commercial elevator
designed to meet national and state codes that cover the use of Limited
Use/Limited Application (LULA) elevators. The 1,400 lb. capacity CONCORD
HORIZON uses a shallow pit, no cylinder hole, and a 1:2 cable hydraulic drive
system to deliver reliable, quiet and smooth operation while serving up to
six stops.
The CONCORD HORIZON's quiet operation is attributed to the
motor and pump's complete submersion within the oil tank. An unique variable
two speed hydraulic valve system ensures smooth and soft stopping/starting
as the elevator reaches and leaves each floor.
One of the many features that make this elevator user-friendly are
Two Speed Horizontal Sliding Doors which provide a 36" (914 mm) clear
opening.
The cab is available in three standard sizes or custom cab sizes (for
residential applications Concord Elevator can accommodate sizes up to 21
square feet). A wide variety of finishes, colors, and options allow you to
customize the interior cab design to satisfy your personal needs. The CONCORD
HORIZON offers many standard safety and emergency features including emergency
battery lowering with an automatic battery recharging system, emergency automatic
lighting, emergency power door operation, external emergency manual lowering,

The hydraulic pump and motor are submersed within the oil tank for quiet
and efficient operation, while an unique variable two speed valve system
ensures smooth and soft stopping/starting as the elevator reaches or leaves
each floor. The cab is available in three standard sizes plus custom cab
sizes of up 15 square feet. A wide variety of finishes, colors, and options
allow you to customize the interior cab design to satisfy your personal needs.

The CONCORD LIBERTY RE-S STAIR LIFT is a chair style lift designed
to provide a safe and comfortable means of access along straight, curved,
or spiral stairways. It is designed for persons who experience physical
difficulty when climbing or descending a set of stairs.
The Liberty Stair Lift is powered by a reliable rack and pinion drive system
that will provide years of continuous, trouble-free operation. Installation
on an existing straight, curved, or spiral staircase is easy and requires
no structural stairway modifications.
The passenger sits sideways while traveling on the Liberty Stair Lift, giving
them the secure feeling of being able to see both up and down the
staircase.
The fold-down chair arms, footrest, and seatbelt further add to the passenger's
safety. When not in use, the Liberty-REs Stair Lift "folds up" neatly against
the wall, protruding only 14" (356 mm) from the wall.
