Dual-Power Scooter Lift Handicap Scooter Lift & Transporter - An economically priced lift thtat permits easy transport of an unoccupied scooter in almost any popular mini-van. The Dual-Power Lift raises the scooter vertically until level with the van's side entrance door, then retracts into the van and automatically shuts off when in travel position. Lifts up to 250 lbs. and installs in 20 minutes.
